Is this program fit for younger kids? Does weight training stunt growth or damage growth plates?

    i am 12 and have not matured. I have a 19 inch vert, so if i do this now i will gain some inches right. and if so if i do it again later after i have matured am i still going to get the ten or more inches or will my body already be used to the extrosizes and not react as well to them?

    i have aquestion.will weight/strenght training build the muscle and stunt my growth(height)?

    because i m 15 this year and i didnt increase my height at all ,been training (jump manual)for a month.

    It will not stunt your growth.
